• Soft: Slightly denser than the Very Soft variant, these balls are designed for all-over relief and come in a set of two in a mesh bag for easy rolling. They can be paired with the Body Track or Neck Track.

• Firm: These industry-standard density balls are designed for all-over relief and are recommended for those familiar with SMR or comfortable with average pressure in a massage. They come in a set of two in a mesh bag for easy rolling and can be paired with the Body Track or Neck Track.

• Very Firm: Recommended for those who find lacrosse balls too painful but still enjoy a firm-touch massage, these balls are slightly denser than the Firm variant. They come in a set of two in a mesh bag for easy rolling and can be paired with the Body Track or Neck Track.

• Sport: Perfect for those who prefer lacrosse ball density and a firm-touch massage, these balls are our firmest and densest option. They come in a set of two in a mesh bag for easy rolling and can be paired with the Body Track or Neck Track.
